RLYN Optimization was founded by Rebecca Sutherland, a hospitality operations and event professional with hands-on experience in service leadership, bar management, guest experience, event coordination, staff flow, marketing support, and revenue-focused business improvement.

Rebecca’s work is grounded in real operations. She understands how service businesses actually run day to day, where revenue is often missed, and how small improvements in flow, communication, sales behaviour, and customer experience can create stronger results.
